subject: A suggested experiment that needs doing

Greetings, I am part of a group of individuals very interested in the foundations of physics. We have been debating the energy duality problem manifest in the existence of the two concepts of momentum (mv) and kinetic energy (1/2vmv). The only fact we seem to agree on is the fact that there should be more experimental evidence. Conventional physics claims it takes 25 times to fuel to move/spin something five times as fast, and that's something moving/spinning 5 times as fast has 25 times the ability to do work. Going all the way back to leibnitz's claim, physics should have long ago proven that 4 lbs dropped 1 foot produces the same impact Force/energy as 1 lb dropped 4 ft.

Steve mould made a video basically asserting that levers do not obey the law of the lever or conserve momentum... And using a minute physics clip that implied pulleys don't either. This contention contradicts 2,000 years of well established physics. It is disgraceful that scientists are going to leave these false claims unresponded to. These facts should make this subject interesting to a scientist:

To move a spaceship the spaceship must expel matter at a velocity, if you calculate the kinetic energy of the thrust the answer will be useless, because it is the momentum of the thrust that produces the equal and opposite reaction that moves the spaceship.

Every time a ballistic pendulum is used to attempt to collect the kinetic energy of a smaller faster moving object, it collects no motion in excess of just the momentum.

When wooden blocks of different Mass and different kinetic Energies are crashed into each other the one with more kinetic energy never wins the Collision.

Put simply, there are many Elemental tools like levers, ballistic pendulums, gears, hydraulics, that could have been used to prove kinetic energy predictions correct... Yet in the last 350 years none of them have been applied to the question. We sincerely request that you use your resources to create decisive experimental proof and resolve beyond all Reasonable Doubt that kinetic energy is real and not just a misguided pseudoscience fable.
